TechKart Driver Partner Terms & Conditions

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By clicking “I ACCEPT,” you agree to be bound by this Agreement while using the TechKart Driver App. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “TechKart,” “we,” “us,” “our” – Refers to Transtech Networking Private Limited.
  • “Driver Partner” or “You” – Refers to an individual providing transportation services via TechKart.
  • “Platform” – The TechKart app and website used for booking, tracking, and payment.
  • “Services” – Delivery and transport services provided via TechKart.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To become a TechKart Driver Partner, you must:
✔️ Be 18 years or older.
✔️ Possess a valid driving license and vehicle registration.
✔️ Provide required documents, including Aadhaar, PAN card, and insurance papers.
✔️ Pass a background verification process.

3. Responsibilities of Driver Partners

✔️ Ensure timely and safe deliveries.
✔️ Follow all traffic laws and TechKart’s service guidelines.
✔️ Use the TechKart app correctly for accepting and completing trips.
✔️ Maintain vehicle condition and have valid insurance.
✔️ Behave professionally with customers and follow ethical conduct.

🚫 You must NOT:
❌ Overload the vehicle beyond capacity.
❌ Engage in fraud or misuse the TechKart platform.
❌ Share customer or company confidential information.
❌ Accept or deliver restricted/prohibited goods.

4. Service Fee & Payments

  • Driver Partners earn per completed trip.
  • TechKart deducts a commission on each trip.
  • Earnings are transferred via bank account or digital wallet.
  • Cancellation charges may apply if a trip is canceled after driver allocation.

5. Termination Policy

TechKart may suspend or terminate Driver Partner accounts due to:
⚠️ Violation of TechKart policies or traffic laws.
⚠️ Misconduct or customer complaints.
⚠️ Repeated late deliveries or cancellations.
⚠️ Fraud, misuse, or illegal activities.

6. Data Privacy & Security

TechKart collects and processes personal data per our Privacy Policy. Your information is protected and used only for:
✔️ Service improvement & support.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with regulations.
✔️ Fraud prevention and security monitoring.

7. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

  • Any disputes will be handled under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad courts.
  • Drivers must comply with traffic laws and business regulations.
  • TechKart is not liable for loss due to traffic delays, natural disasters, or accidents.
